Cancellation by You

Bookings canceled up to 30 days before the departure date may qualify for a partial refund, minus a cancellation fee and depending on the fare type.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to departure are generally non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us

If we are forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances or airline issues beyond our control, we will do the following:

Provide a full refund.
Offer alternative arrangements of equivalent value, where possible.
Notify you immediately in the event of such cancellation.
